Central bank: Russia’s broad monetary base rises by 1% in March
MOSCOW, Apr 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s broad monetary base rose 1.07% in March to 19.416 trillion rubles as of April 1, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The broad monetary base includes currency in circulation, bank reserves within the central bank, bank correspondent account balances and deposits with the central bank, the central bank’s bonds held by banks, as well as its buyback obligations.
